Nisaki begins with selecting the best and highest quality rice based, triple-distilled neutral spirit.

A meticulous selection of botanicals follows. A secret citrus blend, handpicked Macedonian juniper berries and a signature tea blend are some highlights.

Nisaki is then distilled in copper pot stills in batches of 200 liters. A truly small-batch handcrafted gin

Nisaki is then diluted to bottling strength and rested in pharmaceutical grade blending tanks for up to 21 days to achieve the seamless blend and harmony between all elements.

Storage & Consumption Instructions
Here are a few of our tips for the ideal Nisaki® Gin experience.
Being a completely organic and natural product, heat can break down the organic bonds that create the hues of Nisaki®, causing the color to fade. We recommend storing your Nisaki® in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Nisaki® Gin is best enjoyed within a year of bottling.
Pretty in Pink
- 50ml Nisaki® Gin
- 30ml Lemon juice
- 40ml Tonic
- Crushed mint leaves
- Cubed ice cubes
- Garnish with cucumber
METHOD: Add all the ingredients to your mixing glass, and stir on ice for at least 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with cucumber.
Nisaki® Blue Passion
- 60 ML Nisaki® Gin
- Basil Seed Drink
- Basil & Thyme Ice Cubes
- Botanical Water
- Orange Slices
- Bougainvillea petals
METHOD: Place blue basil and thyme ice cubes in your glass, surrounded by orange slices. Add in some basil seed drink & botanical water. Top it off with 60ml Nisaki® Gin and garnish with bougainvillea petals.
Nisaki® Gibson
- 60 ML Nisaki® Gin
- 15 ML Dry Vermouth
- 15 ML Mango Brine
- Garnish with pickled raw mango.
METHOD: Add all the ingredients to your mixing glass, and stir on ice for at least 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with pickled raw mango.
